Advancing Allyship
In 2025, I completed a 2-year contract as Career Growth Officer with HUES (the inaugural employee resource group at SNHU). Here, I engaged with community members to empower learning and connection between employees of color and their allies.
My role in this work
Organized and co-led monthly meetings for SNHU employees
Developed and facilitated annual virtual panels—featuring diverse leadership and attracting ~300 attendees each year
Worked with Executive Sponsor and 3 ERG officers to identify and execute annual strategic goals
Sourced and collaborated with internal and external guest speakers, including HR leadership and fellow ERG officers
Delivered weekly career development content via Microsoft Teams to engage members
